NOI Call Center
Avanti operates the NOI Call Center that provides support for thousands of permittees covered under EPA’s stormwater general permits for construction and industrial sites and under the pesticides general permit. Avanti staff answer technical questions via phone and email from both the regulated and regulatory communities, providing explanations of permit requirements and support for submitting data through EPA’s electronic system. Avanti’s outstanding customer service has been recognized by EPA.
The Call Center also tracks all calls/emails and reports to EPA on user issues. EPA can continually monitor activity through Avanti’s tracking system to determine use, issues, and stakeholder needs.
